Designed for freshwater, Lowrance’s new Ghost X 47-inch trolling motor features an enhanced precision directional indicator, increased power and the quietest motor yet, with a host of features that provide greater accuracy and visibility for anglers.
“We are excited to launch the all-new Ghost X 47-inch trolling motor, adding another powerful tool to the Ultimate Fishing System,” says Jeremiah Clark, VP and general manager of Fishing Systems at Navico Group. “The Ghost X was designed with direct input from customers, allowing us to make meaningful improvements based on their needs. It offers unmatched positioning accuracy, greatly enhanced power, and intuitive control. Paired with Lowrance’s top-tier sonar technology, this all-encompassing system allows anglers to eliminate distractions and concentrate solely on what matters most — catching fish.”
Ghost X delivers 20% more thrust compared to the original trolling motor, and offers advanced control with an integrated foot pedal or any compatible multifunction display with NMEA 2000 integration. New for Q3 2025, an optional GPS remote allows users to make position changes from anywhere onboard, with a useful Cruise Control feature. Comprehensive sonar integration capabilities and an included Active Imaging 3-in-1 nosecone deliver enhanced views, with additional compatibility with Lowrance Active Target 2 mounting brackets for access to live sonar.
The precision indicator will be offered as a retrofit for current Ghost trolling motors, available through Lowrance’s service center network. The new Lowrance Ghost X trolling motor starts at $3,899 USD and comes with a lifetime shaft warranty and a three-year motor warranty.
