Marquis and Carver Yachts employees recently donated more than $80,000 worth of materials and equipment to the local Pulaski High School and to the local church, Ss. Edward and Isadore Catholic Church.
The church received plywood, and the high school received more than 1,000 board-feet of lumber, plywood sheets, finishing wood, a down-draft table, two disc-table sanders and a chop saw. The high school will use the materials in its Technology and Engineering Education program.
“With more than 60 years of heritage and history since Carver’s founding in Pulaski, we must play an active role in the development of the youth,” says Marquis and Carver President Rob Parmentier.
