The Michigan Boating Industries Association (MBIA) is now offering a free Boating Safety Information Kit. The kit includes information designed to help promote safe boating and to educate boaters on how to operate their vessel responsibly.
Features include information on weather, rip tides, personal watercraft and green boating.
