Mercury Marine has much to celebrate in the month of July. The State of Wisconsin declared July 14 as Mercury Marine Day, officially signed off on by Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker.
Wisconsin recognized the Fond du Lac-based company for more than doubling the number apprentices in its workforce (27 total) and for being a world leader in manufacturing recreational marine engines.
“To have the State of Wisconsin declare July 14 as Mercury Marine Day is an honor, and we share the success with everyone who is part of the Mercury Marine family,” says Mercury Marine president John Pfeifer.
