Neighborhood Set to Open in Harbor Shores

By February 24, 2017No Comments

Harbor Village, the latest neighborhood to be built in the Harbor Shores development in southwest Michigan, will open to the public this summer. Harbor Village is the seventh and largest neighborhood to open in the resort destination and is designed around its waterfront location.

Harbor Village is located between St. Joseph and the Benton Harbor Arts District at the confluence of the Paw Paw and St. Joseph River. The neighborhood features a variety of housing options — from townhouses to single-family homes — that are inspired by the waterfront lifestyle and historic St. Joseph. The neighborhood is filled with front porches, tree-lined streets, green space and waterfront views.

Residents can become members at The Marina at Harbor Shores for access to boat dockage and slips, the community swimming pool and clubhouse, as well as direct access to 12 miles of walking trails near Lake Michigan beaches. Amenities in the neighborhood include the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, the Renaissance Athletic Club, the North Pier Brewing Company and more.
