Attention all paddlers of kayaks, canoes, SUPs and otherwise: Registration for the Ohio River Paddlefest 2018 is now open! This year’s 9-mile trip along the Ohio River will take place on Saturday, August 4, 2018.
The Ohio River Paddlefest brings together more than 2,000 paddlers who make their way down the Ohio River, under seven bridges, and along downtown Cincinnati and northern Kentucky. Paddlers can rent a boat (kayaks, canoes, tandems, SUPs are available) if they don’t have their own.
After registering, participating paddlers will receive a t-shirt, parking, insurance, an optional guided paddling tour of Mill Creek, and a shuttle bus ride back to Schmidt Recreation Complex after the event. Snag a deal by signing up by March 1: Early birds receive a 20 percent discount on entry registration.
