Thanks to a new service, boaters will now be able to order fuel and have it delivered to them.
Wahii LLC is similar to ride-sharing apps such as Uber, allowing someone with an empty boat tank to have a specific amount (in gallons) of either ethanol-free REC-90 gas or off-road low-sulfur diesel brought to wherever they are by providing the boat’s location or delivery address. The boat’s name, length and a description are also required.
However, deliveries don’t need to be ASAP. App users can request a certain day and time to have fuel brought to them in order to pick the best date and time with fuel pricing and delivery fees.
