Check out Palm Beach’s newest venture: The GT Series. The first model in this new class is the GT50, which will unveil at the Newport International Boat Show in September.
The GT50’s twin Volvo IPS 800s 600-hp engines can reach speeds up to 42 knots, making the model fast and fuel efficient. At a cruising speed of 35 knots, fuel usage is only 40 gallons per hour. Its unique hull design creates less resistance, keeping the bow in the water and ensuring more fuel efficiency.
“We designed the systems and built the yacht to be turnkey,” says Mark Richards, Palm Beach Motor Yachts’ founder and CEO. “We want you to step onboard, turn on the engines and go out and enjoy the water. That’s what yachting is all about.”
