Correct Craft enters a new segment of the marine industry with its recent acquisition of Parker Boats — a Beaufort, North Carolina-boatbuilder with 55 years of experience building premium offshore and inshore fishing boats, including center consoles, sport cabins and dual consoles.
The acquisition also enables Parker to expand its production capacity and leverage Correct Craft’s operational experience, which will bring new product and engineering technologies to the Parker plant. Correct Craft has no plans to move the company or change Parker’s management.
The Florida-based Correct Craft family includes Nautique, Centurion, Supreme, Bass Cat, Yar-Craft, SeaArk, Parker and Bryant boat companies, as well as Pleasurecraft Marine Engine Group, Watershed Innovation and Aktion Parks.
