On Saturday, June 14, Pier 33 Marina of St. Joseph, Michigan will celebrate National Marina Day.
National Marina Day promotes marinas as family-friendly gateways to boating. On June 14, marinas around the nation will open their doors to the community to introduce people to the fun and benefits of the boating and marina lifestyle.
“It’s a pleasure to again recognize National Marina Day here at Pier 33,” says Pier 33 General Manager Tighe Curran. “Boating is vital to our local economy and to the character of our waterfront communities. Boating is such a family-friendly activity.”
The event at Pier 33 Marina will include free boat demos, refreshments and tours of the marina. Additional events are planned for individuals that are already a part of the Pier 33 Marina family.
