Ahoy, scallywags! The ship Good Fortune is readying the sails and assembling a crew of pirates to man the decks for another season.
This year, Good Fortune will be sailing on Lake Superior out of Munising Harbor with family cruises and adult sunset cruises around Munising Bay and Grand Island. The company offered pirate-themed tours in the straits of Mackinac last year but decided to move their operations to Munising this year.
Family cruises last 75 minutes and include pirate games and songs. History of the East Channel Light House and Grand Island will also be given. Adult sunset cruises last 90 minutes and cruise along the west side of Grand Island for views of the sunset.
