Windfalls Landing LLC recently acquired Portage Point Inn and Marina on beautiful Portage Lake in Onekama, Michigan.
Portage Point is a 48-slip marina, offering both transient and annual dockage in one of Northern Michigan’s premier summer boating destinations. It’s located immediately inside the Lake Michigan channel, with beachfronts on both Portage Lake and Lake Michigan. Permit processing is well underway for marina renovations, and historical restoration of the inn has already begun.
