Prestige 590 Fly

Built for enjoying the summer sun.

by Craig Ritchie

The all-new Prestige 590 Fly was designed with an emphasis on outdoor living.

It all starts with a large and inviting cockpit — an ideal space for dining al fresco or stretching out in the sun. From here, only a few short steps lead to the large stern swim platform with available hydraulic control, or up to the flybridge where a large L-shape settee starboard, a spacious sunpad forward, and a galley just aft of the portside upper helm station invite guests to stay and enjoy the views. Or head forward to the bow, where another large sunpad with an adjustable seatback allows comfortable, private lounging.

Step indoors and immediately to port is a sizeable, fully equipped galley that serves those in the galley, on the flybridge and within the 590 Fly’s indoor spaces equally well. Ceramic countertops, exceptional woodwork and every imaginable amenity — from a freezer to an optional dishwasher — set this space apart.
Just forward of the galley, the main salon features large wraparound picture windows that yield 360-degree panoramic views. Dimmable LED lighting sets the evening mood, while a retractable 40-inch HDTV provides after-dark entertainment.
“The hull window design floods the salon with natural light and [offers] the ability to see the water from any seat, while the all-new side door allows easy access to the bow,” says Spring Brook Marina President Kyle Stenzel.
Guests enjoy a spacious VIP cabin forward, which even comes with its own walk-in closet. The suite is bright and airy, with ensuite access to the main head. The queen berth can be split to form two twins if desired. A second guest cabin can also be set as a double bed depending on guest preference, giving the 590 Fly tremendous versatility.
The large owner’s suite is accessed by its own private stairway at the aft end of the salon. The full-beam suite includes delightful comforts like another 40-inch HDTV, a spacious seating area to port, and a full-width washroom with a shower and a walk-in closet.
“She is the perfect boat for the Great Lakes or — for those adventurous enough to head south in the winter — for doing the Great Loop,” Stenzel says.
