Regal Boats has promoted Paul Kuck to president, marking a third-generation leadership transition for the luxury performance boat manufacturer founded in 1969 by his grandparents, Paul and Carol Kuck.
Kuck succeeds his father, Duane Kuck, who served 30 years as president and remains CEO. The younger Kuck joined the company full-time in 2008 after interning during high school and has spent 17 years advancing through roles, including marketing manager, product manager, and most recently, chief operating officer.
Regal manufactures boats ranging from 20-50 feet, employs 750 people and distributes to 40 countries from its Orlando headquarters. “It is an incredible honor to serve the company my grandparents founded,” Kuck says, emphasizing his commitment to building upon Regal’s legacy of innovation and excellence.
