Registration Now Open for Fall Session of the Captain School at ABM

Ready to pursue your Merchant Mariner Credential? The Captain School at the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton, New York, announced its fall session of courses needed to secure a captain’s license, including Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels, Masters Upgrade and Towing Endorsement courses. Upon completion of coursework and testing, students will have the requirements necessary to apply for their Merchant Mariner Credential through the USCG at OUPV or Masters level up to 100GRT — a credential necessary to legally carry passengers for hire.

Registration is now open for coursework taking place November 5 – 17, 2022.

Course Dates & Times:

OUPV – November 5-13 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (November 5-6, 9, 12-13) and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (November 7-8 & 10-11)

Masters Upgrade – November 15-17 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Towing Endorsement – November 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
