Riviera recently launched its new 5600 Sport Yacht Platinum Edition at a private event on Australia’s Gold Coast.
“Drawing on Riviera’s leading-edge boat building skills and the knowledge gained over 45 years launching over 6,200 handcrafted luxury motor yachts, the brief to our design team was to create the best mid 50-foot Sports Yacht,” says Riviera owner Rodney Longhurst. “The result is spectacular!”
Key specifications of the new yacht include three staterooms with a full-beam owner’s suite, dedicated laundry, a tender garage accommodating a 3.3-meter RIB, and twin Volvo Penta D11 IPS 950 engines producing 725 hp each. The hydraulic swim platform features integrated folding steps for easy water access. Standard features include dual entertainment zones with LED TVs, an electric sunroof, an alfresco galley with BBQ and an advanced camera monitoring system.
The new yacht will have its Americas premiere at the Miami International Boat Show in February.
