Shae Cross will join Irish Boat Shop as President starting November 1, 2023, after the recently announced retirement of current president Michael Esposito. Cross will join the company in September to transition to the new role. The former General Manager of Sundance Marine/Top Notch Marine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Cross has a wealth of experience in the marine industry.
A decorated former Logistics Officer and General Aide de Camp in the US Marine Corps, Cross ascended to the rank of Captain during his service from 1992 to 2000, and has also worked in the banking, finance and manufacturing industries, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance and a Master of Business Administration degree in Management and Corporate Finance from the University of Phoenix.
