Snap No More With New Ameritex Pontoon Covers

By November 17, 2015No Comments

Ameritex Fabric Systems, a member of the Taylor Made Group, doesn’t want boaters to lay their fingers on another single snap — which is why its two new towable pontoon boat covers are completely snap-free.

The Ameritex SureSeal playpen cover relies on Taylor Made’s patented Press-and-Seal technology. To put the cover on, a boater simply fits it into a horizontal groove running along the underside of their boat railing. An elastomeric rubber extrusion sewn onto the edges of the cover ensures that it fits securely. To remove the cover, the boater just tugs on the tabs. The Ameritex SureSeal is form-fitting, watertight and will not billow away with the wind.

The second pontoon cover uses a four-point attachment and ratchet tension system, and is ideal for different furniture configurations. Both pontoon covers can be installed quickly, come in polyesters and acrylics, and a variety of colors.
