Steele Rubber Products has announced its production of the only 100 percent EPDM rubber rubrail inserts available on the market. The inserts are designed to fit the most common rubrails, and feature superior weather resistance to prevent shrinking or cracking. Unlike older vinyl inserts, they are easier to install because they do not require a heat source to apply. Each profile comes in standard lengths applicable to the watercraft’s make and model, and include an installation tool with instructions. Repair kits are also available, since rubber is “mendable,” unlike vinyl.
