In early June, Suzuki Marine unveiled the latest addition to its award-winning four-stroke outboard line: The all-new 350-hp DF350A.
The largest V-6 four-stroke outboard Suzuki has built to date, the 4.4L engine features a high-efficiency 12.0:1 compression ratio and contra-rotating three-blade propellers. While the contra-rotating props have been used in inboard engines with pod drives for years, the DF350A represents their first appearance on a production outboard. Other key features include digital shift and throttle, Suzuki’s Lean Burn control technology, and compatibility with SeaStar joystick controls. Like Suzuki’s other V-6 outboards, the DF350A features an offset driveshaft, which allows for a more compact overall size and two-stage gear reduction.
Available in black or white finishes, the DF350A runs on 90-octane fuel and is fully NMEA 2000-compliant. The low-emission engine is CARB 3-rated. The DF350A’s retail price starts at $31,565. For more information, visit Suzukimarine.com.
