By August 24, 2015No Comments

Taco Marine teamed up with Ship Shape TV, the popular DIY show for boaters, to update a 1989 Pursuit 2650 boat to 2016 standards. The Taco Marine Project Boat blog will discuss new technologies, how to utilize the latest marine products provided by marine industry partners, and demonstrate how to remove older parts and update them with new ones. Taco Marine has set up a separate Taco Marine Project Boat blogging site for those who would like to watch the transformation of the 1989 Pursuit boat to a 2016 version. It also provides valuable information for the do-it-yourselfer. In addition to video clips from the Ship Shape TV show, the blog will include product installation insight and handy how-to tips. Every week there will be another posting on the boat’s progress, and you’ll learn how to take something apart, and then put it all back together – better than it was before. The blog site for the Taco Marine Project Boat is: tacomarineprojectboat.com.

The Taco Marine Project Boat is also for a good cause. When Ship Shape TV has completed updating the boat from bow to stern, the boat will be displayed at several Florida boat shows beginning in October, 2015. The proceeds from the sale of the boat will be donated to charity. Get on aboard and follow the Taco Marine Project Boat and get valuable insight on new technologies and products with how-to installation tips.
