The second annual Great Lakes Surf Festival will take place Saturday, August 17 in Muskegon, Michigan. Surf’s up at Pere Marquette Beach for the event, and waves are guaranteed! No matter the weather, artificial ocean waves will be made by Tommy’s Boats of Grand Rapids.
In addition to being able to camp right on the beach (on the nights of August 16 and 17), surfing lessons will be provided, along with opportunities to paddleboard and kayak. Food, music and beach yoga will be offered, and you can enter to win a surfboard, paddleboard or a trip to Costa Rica!
