Boston Whaler introduced the newest addition to its award-winning Vantage series during a September 3 Facebook Live event, highlighting the functionality of the new 240 Vantage.

The 240 is designed to serve a wide range of boating activities, from fishing and cruising to watersports, entertaining and beaching, with meticulous details for each and every use.

“The 240 Vantage is incredibly versatile and customizable,” says Boston Whaler President Nick Stickler. “We call it the ‘Swiss Army knife of boating.’ Just like our new 280 Vantage, the 240 is ideal for boaters who want to take advantage of everything the water has to offer.”

A variety of seating options — from plush bow lounges to the foldaway aft seat and convertible portside lounge seating — make the 240 Vantage an ideal boat for entertaining and relaxing, while the insulated in-floor fishbox, stainless rod holders and enclosed rod storage in the console help easily convert the boat for fishing.

An optional fiberglass prep center in the cockpit, enclosed head and sink, and available windlass and bow boarding ladder for easy on/off access round out the new model’s desirable onboard features, while the proprietary foam-injected hull provides a stable and smooth ride, no matter your mission.

“We’re excited to offer this great new option for families seeking active ‘staycations,'” Stickler says. “The 240 Vantage provides a whole new view on what’s possible, putting family fun, watersports, sightseeing, fishing and priceless memories within reach.”
