Head up to Traverse City, Michigan, for the beloved annual Traverse City Uncorked as part of Michigan Wine Month in May. Canceled last year due to COVID-19, the event is back and ready to introduce visitors to incredible area wines and wineries.
Using a digital passport, guests can take a self-guided tour and check into locations throughout the month of May for a chance to win prizes. Five check-ins will get you the choice of an Uncorked t-shirt or Traverse City wine-related gift items, and the winner of the grand prize will be announced in early June.
Participants can enjoy a range of incentives and hotel discounts during the event; make sure to stay at a participating hotel in order to be entered to win a wine-themed Traverse City vacation.
“We are taking every step to assure the safety of all our visitors,” says Traverse City Tourism President Trevor Tkach. “We really missed the fun of Traverse City Uncorked last year. We had to reinvent the program. But we sense both our visitors, and our wineries are eager to share the unique experiences throughout the Traverse Wine Coast.”
