Following the success of its initial Eco-Trawler launch, Trawlers Midwest of Manitowoc, Wisconsin has announced its second Eco-Trawler is near completion.
Eco-Trawler Hull No. 1 is a 33-foot welded aluminum, custom-built trawler.
The second iteration of this design includes interior foaming with soundproofing, floatation and thermal protection for heating and cooling. The boat features twin 50-hp Evinrude E-Tecs and the traditional interior comfort for which Trawlers Midwest is known.
Eco-Trawler Hull No. 2 is designed to be low maintenance and easily trailerable. She sports a large cockpit, ample storage areas and a settee to port.
