Volare Boats Launches with Introduction of All-Electric Artemis23

By November 17, 2025No Comments

New marine brand Volare Boats launched its flagship model, the all-electric Artemis23. Led by a team of marine engineers and industry veterans, the new brand delivers a smooth, sustainable and beautiful yet functional boating experience.

“Volare was born from a belief that boating should feel as effortless and elegant as the water itself,” says Matt Moore, co-founder of Volare and former yacht division manager at Scout Boats. “The Artemis23 represents not just a product launch, but a promise, that boating can be more intelligent, more enjoyable, and more responsible.”

The Artemis23 is a 23-foot all-electric day boat that delivers best-in-class electric battery range, superior maneuverability with 360-degree joystick control and low-maintenance operation. A lightweight composite hull and efficient hydrofoil allow for enhanced performance and better efficiency, while optimized battery modules allow for extended cruising time. An elegant, ergonomic design easily balances function and style, and silent operation makes for a more enjoyable on-water experience.

“The Artemis23 is not just another electric boat, it’s a completely reimagined day-boating platform engineered from the keel up to delight, not distract,” adds Dustin Tupper, co-founder and former director of engineering at Scout Boats.

Volare boats are manufactured in Charleston under the helm of co-founders Matt Moore, Dustin Tupper, Brian Robinson, Charlie Brown and Donnie Brown, and Artemis23 was designed with help from naval architects Morrelli and Melvin. Volare is accepting reservations for the Artemis23, with limited availability for the inaugural production run.
