Weego Releases the Crankenstein Portable Jump Starter

Portable jump starter brand Weego announced the launch of its latest marine power pack that weighs only nine pounds: the Jump Starting 12V/24V Power Pack.

The new Crankenstein is the first of its kind to be powered by lithium-iron phosphate batteries, with between 600-1,200 cranking amps and 5,000 peak amps in the 12- and 24-volt systems respectively. An OLED screen shows messages, the pack’s battery life and helps users adjust clamps for the best connectivity.

“Any time spent dealing with a dead battery while adrift or at anchor can mean the difference between a good day on the water and a bad one,” says Gerry Toscani, CEO of Weego. “Instead of stopping everything to try to get a tow over VHF or spotty cellular reception, you can reach for Crankenstein with literally one finger for the power you need.”
