A group in Port Washington, Wisconsin, wants to sink a ship in Lake Michigan intentionally. Yes, you read that correctly!
The plan from the Shipwreck Education and Preservation Alliance (SEAPA) is said to create an abundance of artificial reefs and thus a great environment for fish.
