The SST45 tunnel boat hull class known as the “Formula Lights” race deck-to-deck off the starting dock at the 66th Annual “Roar on the River” in Trenton, Michigan on July 15-17, 2016.
The defending champion — Mark Schmerbauch from Greenfield, Wisconsin with boat No. 6 — repeats with his win on the Detroit River to become the 2016 APBA/UIM World Champion.
The 2017 Roar on the River event will take place July 14-16.
