Built on the brand’s first stepped hull, the 29-footer delivers improved efficiency, higher speed potential and a noticeably softer ride offshore.

The layout is classic center console, with a few notable refinements. Forward, a redesigned bow features wraparound seating with integrated armrests, converting easily from casting deck into social zone. Aft, anglers will appreciate twin fishboxes, a 20-gallon livewell, and a leaning post with integrated storage and seating. A portside dive door expands usability for swimmers and divers, reinforcing the boat’s hybrid mission.

At the helm, dual displays and joystick control (with twin Mercury outboards) simplify operation, while the hardtop windshield system provides real protection — something often missing in this size class. With twin 300-hp Mercury V8 Verados, the boat hits a top speed of 58 mph, while optimal cruising speeds are 29 mph with 1.91 mpg and 319 miles of range.

Functionally, the 290 excels as a do-it-all platform. It’s equally comfortable chasing stripers offshore, entertaining at anchor or running a long coastal cruise.
