CenterPointe Yacht Services LLC of Sturgeon Bay, Kenosha and Milwaukee, Wisconsin entered into an agreement to purchase the assets — including the buildings, land and equipment — of Great Lakes Yacht Services Inc., also located in Sturgeon Bay.
The new combined operation will consist of more than 100,000 square feet of indoor heated storage space and service capabilities ranging from small outboard-powered boats to large custom yachts.
