Garmin’s newest line of quatix 7 Series premium smartwatches are built for life on the water, featuring a host of connected and boating features that help users make the most of their time on and off the water.

New boating features on the quatix 7, quatix 7 Sapphire and quatix 7X Solar models offer a variety of onboard integration to improve your boating experience, including integration with multifunction display controls, anchor drag alarm, tide alerts, multi-band GPS, multi continent Topo Maps and more.

New touchscreen display options and an impressive long-term battery life set this new series apart. Sapphire models (which feature an always-on AMOLED display) have a battery life up to 16 days in smartwatch mode, standard models have a battery life up to 18 days, and Solar models utilize the power of the sun to extend the battery life to 37-90 days depending on the watch mode. A sophisticated, durable design means you can take this watch from sea to dining table, and a full suite of connected features and health monitoring data comes in handy no matter where you are.

“The quatix 7 Series offers a level of versatility and utility that any mariner can appreciate, serving as everything from the dedicated first mate for an offshore cruise to a sleek and stylish timepiece that can be worn to dinner with friends,” explains Dan Bartel, Garmin vice president of global consumer sales. “With several new and innovative marine features, customers can control their MFD from anywhere on the boat and even get notified of important weather and tide information that could impact their navigation. Plus, the quatix 7 Series packs advanced smart features and an incredibly enduring battery life that can’t be found in any other marine watch.”
