Timeless endurance.

With the highly recognizable and classic lines of its boats, the distinctive logo, and the superb fit and finish, the name Hinckley harkens back to another time in boat design and construction, when Bristol fashion reigned supreme.

Today’s Hinckleys represent all that and more. While continuing to present boats such as the Picnic Boat 39, the company is always utilizing advanced technology.
To that end, it employs the DualGuard SCRIMP Carbon E-glass composite hull with vinylester resin E-glass deck in its construction technique, resulting in a strong, light structure.
“Innovation must only be pursued where it improves the end experience. The Picnic Boat line naturally integrates our iconic design language with expedition-enhancing technology,” says Gavin McClintock, Hinckley CEO.
From bow to stern, the Picnic Boat 39 enhances the on-water experience by presenting three separate areas in which to enjoy your time away from the dock. Starting in the bow, via a wide walkway from the helm and cockpit, there is semi-circular seating in a safe, deep well. The starboard helm is classic Hinckley with outstanding woodwork, a single helm seat, and space for a pair of large touchscreens.
Of course, the Picnic Boat 39 is equipped with the JetStick 4 for precise operations, including close quarters situations, virtual anchor and more. Just aft of the helm to starboard is the galley with seating to port and a teak table for dining. Fully aft is the cockpit’s semi-circular seating area, surrounded by fine woodwork with outstanding fit and finish. There’s even a V-berth and a head with a shower below.
“Every Hinckley must feel intuitive from the moment you step aboard, with thoughtful innovation and exacting craftsmanship. The result is a boat that feels open, effortless, and deeply comfortable for entertaining and spending long days on the water,” McClintock says.
