Pursuit S 288

Brand-new for 2027, Pursuit has introduced the S 288, a refined 30-foot center console that replaces the tried-and-true outgoing S 288.

The new S 288 blends serious offshore fishing capability with the versatility to comfortably cruise with family and friends.

The outgoing model was the top seller in its class, and this updated version preserves its legendary performance while introducing thoughtful enhancements that elevate comfort, functionality and usability. The 2027 S 288 retains the identical time-proven 24-degree deadrise running surface from the acclaimed S 288, delivering a soft ride in rough water.

Rated for 600 hp, the 2027 Pursuit S 288 comes standard with twin Yamaha F300 engines and integrated Digital Electric Steering. The boat can also be rigged with optional twin Mercury 300 V8 Verados, also with electric steering.

Dual 12-inch multifunction displays are standard, and can be upgraded to dual 16-inch units. The S 288 is the first Pursuit model with an optional factory-equipped Garmin trolling motor.

The S 288 has new features that make the boat perfect for fishing or cruising to the sandbar for the afternoon. A forward-entry door in the console provides access to a roomy head. Extended transom platforms and a bow beach boarding ladder system make it easy to get back onboard.

“There are a lot of boats in this size range that do one thing really well,” says Pursuit President Chris Gatz. “The challenge we gave ourselves was to build a boat that owners would genuinely want to use more often because it fits so many different days on the water.”

With its uncompromising craftsmanship and versatile layout, the 2027 Pursuit S 288 reaches new heights as one of Pursuit’s premium performers.
