StanCraft 340 Hammerhead E

StanCraft Wooden Boats has been building some of the most beautiful custom creations on the water since 1933.

With decades of experience in custom craftsmanship and innovation, it’s no surprise to find an electric model in the StanCraft lineup. Created in partnership with Seattle’s Zin Electric Boats, the new StanCraft 340 Hammerhead E starts with a hand-crafted StanCraft hull and is powered by Zin’s precision-engineered batteries and aerospace- grade electric power plant.

Twin liquid-cooled electric drives create a combined 1,448 hp, with 1,900-foot-pounds of torque instantly delivered at even 1 rpm. Incredibly, all of that power is delivered silently with zero emissions, creating a truly unique experience on the water.

With its 440 kWh battery system, top speed is estimated at 50 mph, while range will vary with selected cruising speed, onboard loads and environmental conditions. The batteries are exceptionally safe and completely concealed below the 340 Hammerhead E’s floor, preserving the boat’s classic appearance.

The 340 Hammerhead E can recharge from almost any source, including 30- or 50-amp dockside power or a standard 110V outlet. With a DC fast charger, the boat can reach a full charge in 25 to 30 minutes. The electric propulsion system needs no preventative maintenance, no oil changes and never needs to be winterized.

Electric propulsion is not the 340 Hammerhead E’s only modern touch. The boat also features Dometic Optimus joystick steering, dual 9-inch Raymarine multifunction displays, digital switching, a high-voltage heater system and a drawer fridge. Every joint, plank and detail in StanCraft’s signature interior is built to exacting standards to create a luxurious fit and finish.
